Human Capital Systems Specialist

About The Role

• Partner with functional teams and developers to design solutions that enhance HC platforms.
• Understand business needs, document requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
• Ensure HC systems effectively support organizational processes and align with strategic goals.
• Track progress, manage risks/issues proactively, and drive projects to closure.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across teams to achieve outcomes.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1 to 2.5 years of experience in HC Infrastructure and Systems.
• MBA in HR highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multiple HC modules (time, attendance, performance, onboarding, etc.).
• Techno-functional experience in HR systems.
• Job stability (minimum 2 years in an organization).
• No gaps in education or employment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional experience with Workday or similar HR tools (consulting or in-house).
• Advanced Excel experience (0.5 to 2 years).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
• Ability to influence, facilitate teamwork, and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
