HubSpot Technical Specialist


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage

    HubSpot user access

    , roles, and permissions to ensure proper account control and security. 
  • Maintain and monitor

    HubSpot analytics

    to provide actionable insights and performance reporting. 
  • Build, optimize, and maintain

    HubSpot workflows and automation

    to support marketing, sales, and service processes. 
  • Oversee

    data management and integration

    , ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between HubSpot and other platforms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement backend solutions aligned with business goals. 
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the HubSpot ecosystem. 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage regulations within HubSpot configurations. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven hands-on experience with

    HubSpot

    —especially in backend configurations, automation, and integration. 
  • Strong understanding of

    HubSpot API

    , data structures, workflows, and reporting tools. 
  • Experience with third-party integrations and tools connected to HubSpot. 
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues quickly and effectively. 
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and data governance. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
