HubSpot Implementation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize

  HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub

  .
• Create workflows for lead nurturing, patient engagement, appointment reminders, and sales automation.
  
• Set up deal pipelines, custom properties, segmentation, and scoring models.
  
• Work on data migration, data cleanup, contact management, and CRM optimization.
  
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (Salesforce, RingCentral, ZoomInfo, Zapier, scheduling tools, intake forms, etc.).
  
• Build dashboards and reports for US Healthcare sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  
• Design HIPAA-aligned processes and ensure compliance with healthcare communication standards.
  
• Support email marketing setup, landing pages, forms, and campaign automation.
  
• Provide QA testing, documentation, and user training for internal and client teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in

  HubSpot CRM implementation & automation

  .

• Mandatory experience working with US Healthcare clients

  (telehealth, RCM, healthcare SaaS, provider groups, etc.).
• Strong understanding of healthcare lead management, patient lifecycle, and compliance-aligned workflows.
  
• Proficiency in building workflows, sequences, lists, and automation logic.
  
• Experience in API-based integrations and tools like

  Zapier/Make
