Dingus & Zazzy is looking for a skilled HubSpot Certified Administrator to join our team and work closely with our clients to manage and enhance their HubSpot CRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HubSpot tools, automation, and integrations to support our clients' marketing and sales objectives.

What we need from you:

  • HubSpot Certified Administrator with a track record of successfully implementing and managing HubSpot solutions for clients
  • Proficiency in inbound marketing strategies and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with a variety of clients in different industries (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website customization (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our marketing coordinators to understand our client’s business goals and requirements for their HubSpot CRMs
  • Configure and customize HubSpot to align with each client's unique needs and branding
  • Develop and optimize automated workflows, lead scoring, and email campaigns to drive client engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients on how to effectively use HubSpot for their marketing efforts
