Job Description We are looking for a high-performing and proactive professional to join our team as a Sales & Program Manager . This is a multi task role that blends operational ownership with strategic program management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics/supply chain and excellent coordination skills to manage large-scale operations across 500+ delivery hubs. Key Responsibilities Drive performance and ensure zero pendency across 500+ delivery hubs. Manage day-to-day operations in coordination with sales, supply chain, and ops teams. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement plans. Use analytical tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Optimize delivery planning, route scheduling, and resource allocation. Handle SOP implementation, team performance, and compliance to SLAs. Desired Candidate Profile 36 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience managing hub/delivery operations at scale. Exposure to control tower frameworks is a plus. Strong planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable using WMS/FMS tools, Excel, dashboards, and operational reporting. Role & responsibilities Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements. Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments. Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bike and van deliveries. Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards. Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs. Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails. Prepare and share Day End reports & Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP.
