Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
Plan routes for delivery drivers to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products on time.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of orders from receipt to delivery.
Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, etc.
