Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Hub Operations Management:Overseeing daily operations at the hub, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Inventory Management:Ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies.
• Logistics & Dispatch Coordination:Planning and coordinating dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials, optimizing load management and route planning.
• Vendor Management:Managing relationships with third-party vendors and ensuring they meet performance standards.
• Team Management & Development:Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of hub staff.
• Health, Safety & Compliance:Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Tracking key performance indicators and generating reports on hub performance.
• Stakeholder Management:Collaborating with various departments like HR, supply chain, transport, and IT to ensure smooth operations.
• Strategic Thinking & Change Management:Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and adapt to changes in the logistics landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
