HSE Manager

• Policy Development & Implementation:Create, update, and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
• Risk Management & Assessment:Conduct regular risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and propose corrective measures to eliminate or minimize them.
• Compliance & Auditing:Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulatory standards (e.g.,ISO) and industry best practices through inspections, audits, and monitoring.
• Incident Investigation:Investigate accidents, near-misses, and injuries to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Training & Awareness:Provide comprehensive safety training and awareness programs to all employees, including safety inductions for new hires, emergency drills, and education on using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Emergency Preparedness:Develop, maintain, and test emergency procedures, such as fire drills and evacuations, to ensure the organization is prepared for a crisis.
• Environmental Protection:Monitor and enforce environmental practices to ensure compliance with environmental laws and promote sustainability initiatives.
• Safety Culture Development:Lead by example and work to instill a positive, "safety-first" culture throughout the organization, encouraging employees to report concerns and adhere to safety protocols.
• Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed records of incidents, inspections, training, and compliance efforts, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
