Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Job Search Co-Pilot for senior clients by executing personalized job search activities on their behalf.
Conduct keyword and job market research to support targeted application strategies.
Perform networking and outreach by sending emails, messages and connection requests on behalf of the client.
Interact with clients to understand their career goals, role preferences and positioning needs.
Strategically position clients for relevant job roles by aligning their profiles with market expectations.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance resume writing, outreach communication and workflow efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain complete data confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism in all tasks.

Eligibility:

Open to all graduates.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must be highly organized and comfortable working under deadlines.
