Job Description

As an experienced HRIS Supervisor at our Generic Location facility, your primary role will be to oversee and manage the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and effective use of technology to support HR processes. Your responsibilities will involve implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS solutions, including software, hardware, and integrations with other systems to ensure a high standard end-user experience within DHHS. **Key Responsibilities:** - **System Management:** - Implement, maintain, and optimize the HRIS software and hardware to align with business needs and integrate with other systems. - **Data Management:** - **Reporting and Analytics:** - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and support HR-related initiatives. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through technology. - **End-User Experience:** - Enhance the HR Portal and Self-Service elements to provide a clear, robust, and user-friendly experience for DHHS employees. - **Training and Support:** - Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on effectively using the HRIS. - **Compliance:** - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection policies. - **Vendor Management:** - Research and evaluate new vendors and integrations to enhance the HRIS as needed. - **Collaboration:** - Work with wider HR and IT teams to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and integrates with other systems. - **People Management:** - Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Operations Specialists to ensure high levels of engagement and operational HR excellence, if required. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in information technology, HR Systems Management, or similar field. - Minimum of 2 years" experience in a similar level role. - Minimum of 4 years" experience with HRIS software and related technologies, familiarity with systems like Cornerstone, MedTech, AcuStaf is advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in HRIS Project Management is beneficial. - Ability to generate and analyze data and reports. - Ability to collaborate with the IT department to resolve issues and improve processes. - Familiarity with HR processes and regulations. - Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience is beneficial.
