Job Description

Deploy and implement the HRIS system at multiple client locations.

Provide on-site support for system setup, configuration, and testing.
Train end-users on the HRIS system, addressing queries and ensuring seamless adoption.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve technical issues during implementation.
Gather feedback from on-site teams and suggest improvements for system optimization.
Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational policies during implementation.
Familiarity with HRMS platforms is preferred.

Experience Required:

8-10 years of experience with on-site deployment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
Willingness to travel across multiple locations for implementation
