Mps is hiring for HRBP in Chennai Location

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will come with experience from tech-enabled organizations or digital-first environments, bringing a strong understanding of business partnering, employee engagement, change management, and data-driven HR strategies. This role will closely collaborate with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies.

• Performance Enablement: Drive the performance management process across business units, focusing on outcomes, growth feedback, and capability building.

• Talent Engagement & Retention: Identify engagement drivers and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and connected culture.

• People Analytics: Use data to drive decisions related to attrition, engagement, diversity, and team effectiveness; deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.

• Change Management: Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, culture shifts, or process implementations.

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns with a balance of empathy and business acumen, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining compliance.

• Learning & Development: Partner with the L&D team to identify development needs and drive skill-building programs that align with team and business goals.

• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and implement D&I best practices that build a diverse and equitable workplace.

• Policy Deployment: Work with central HR functions to interpret, communicate, and deploy HR policies and programs effectively across teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

• 8- 12 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in tech product companies, SaaS firms, or digital-first startups.

• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence without authority

• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with HR dashboards, attrition data, and workforce planning metrics

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Agile mindset with a bias toward action and execution
