We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will come with experience from tech-enabled organizations or digital-first environments, bringing a strong understanding of business partnering, employee engagement, change management, and data-driven HR strategies. This role will closely collaborate with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance, and talent strategies
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and development
• Use people analytics to provide actionable insights

What we’re looking for:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 8–10years’ HRBP experience
• Strong business partnering, influencing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
