HR Operations:
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data accuracy.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Own the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to hire the right talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work directly with the management team to define hiring needs, align on recruitment strategy, and select top candidates.
Policy & Compliance:
Maintain HR policies in line with labor laws. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and feedback processes.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
Culture & Engagement:
Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
HR Reporting/ MIS:
Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, turnover, employee data, and employee satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years of progressive HR experience
Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Experience working with HRMS or HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
