HRBP / HR Operations

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR team in delivering people-centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of HR experience who is eager to learn and grow in HR Business Partnering. You will assist in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR operations while working closely with business leaders and employees. Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering: Support HRBPs in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries. Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives. Employee Relations & Compliance: Help resolve basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues when needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Talent Management & Performance: Support performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs. Participate in onboarding and exit management processes. HR Operations & Analytics: Maintain HRIS data and generate basic reports. Assist in payroll and benefits administration. Contribute to HR process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles count!). Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
