Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Training professional to join our learning & development team and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of expertise in training and development, with a strong background in designing and delivering soft skills training programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address these gaps.
• Content Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
• Design and Delivery: Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees, focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, and customer service.
• Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, HR team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.

Requirement:

• Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in soft skills training and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
• Expertise: Expertise in designing and delivering soft skills training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Certifications: Certification in soft skills training (e.g., Dale Carnegie, TTT, or equivalent- preferable).
