Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle (from hiring to exit), ensuring timely payroll & compliance, and fostering a high-performance and engaging culture. This role requires balancing structured HR processes with the agility needed for a fast-growing agritech startup environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent (blue-collar workers, executives, and managerial staff). Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers. Design and execute structured onboarding & induction programs to align new employees with company culture, policies, and processes. 2. Payroll & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, incentives, overtime, and attendance-linked pay. Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) and maintain employee records. Regularly audit attendance & biometric systems to ensure fairness and transparency. 3. Employee Engagement & Development Plan and implement employee engagement activities to build morale and reduce attrition. Introduce training programs: English speaking, technical skill building, safety, and leadership workshops. Conduct performance appraisals, define KRAs/KPIs, and design incentive programs. 4. HR Policy & Process Development Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Develop grievance redressal mechanisms and ensure a safe & inclusive workplace. Establish HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance, productivity) and share reports with leadership. 5. Culture & Employer Branding Drive ProMeal’s values of professionalism, ownership, and innovation across all levels. Promote a transparent and motivating workplace that retains talent in a competitive market. Collaborate with leadership to create an attractive employer brand for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. 6. Admin & HR Operations Oversee documentation: joining letters, contracts, experience letters, and exit formalities. Manage employee welfare initiatives (canteen, uniforms, health checkups, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart Share weekly reports and suggest improvements in ad creatives/offers. Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency. Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments. Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
