Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Trainer who can conduct HR and MS Office training sessions, manage student batches, and appear in training videos. The trainer should be confident, energetic, and passionate about teaching and mentoring.

• Train students and professionals in HR topics and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Anchor videos and explain topics clearly on camera.
• Manage batch schedules, attendance, and feedback.
• Create and update training content based on the audience.
• Encourage good grooming, soft skills, and professional behavior.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth training operations.
• Track and report student performance and progress.
• Stay updated on current HR practices.

Skills Needed:

• Strong HR knowledge – recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics, etc.
• Good in MS Office – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident to speak and present on camera.
• Organized and able to handle multiple batches.
• Passionate about training and mentoring.

Eligibility:

• MBA in HR is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or training.
• Video training or content creation experience is a bonus.
