Qualification: MBA / Master’s in Hospital Administration (preferred) – Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Hospital Administration Trainer who can conduct hospital administration and MS Office training sessions, manage student batches, and appear in training videos. The trainer should be confident, energetic, and passionate about teaching and mentoring future healthcare administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Train students and professionals in hospital administration topics and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Anchor training videos and explain topics clearly on camera.
• Manage batch schedules, attendance, and student feedback.
• Create and update training content relevant to the healthcare and hospital administration sector.
• Encourage professional grooming, soft skills, and workplace etiquette.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth training operations.
• Track and report student performance and progress.
• Stay updated on current hospital administration practices, regulations, and industry trends.

Skills Needed:

• Strong knowledge of hospital administration – patient management, healthcare operations, medical records, billing, HR in healthcare, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence to speak and present on camera.
• Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver engaging sessions.
• Passion for training and mentoring healthcare professionals.

Eligibility:

• MBA / Master’s in Hospital Administration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital administration or training.
• Video training or content creation experience will be an added advantage.
