Job Description

The Hospital Administration Faculty is responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in hospital and healthcare management subjects. The role focuses on delivering theoretical knowledge and practical insights aligned with healthcare industry standards.

Deliver lectures on hospital administration and healthcare management subjects
Prepare lesson plans as per syllabus and academic calendar
Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and presentations
Evaluate students through exams, assignments, and projects
Guide students in internships, projects, and career development
Stay updated with current healthcare policies and hospital practices
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and curriculum development
Maintain student records and academic documentation
Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA (Hospital Management)
BHA / MHA preferred
Teaching experience is an advantage (freshers may apply if qualified)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
