Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer to join Edwin Academy in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating HR-related training programs that help students and professionals develop critical HR skills. You will play a key role in shaping future HR leaders by providing engaging, practical, and up-to-date training sessions.

Key Responsibilities :

* Develop and deliver HR training modules covering core areas like recruitment, payroll, labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.

* Train and mentor students in HRM tools, interview techniques, HR analytics, and related platforms (e.g., HRIS, Excel, SAP).

* Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.

* Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.

* Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training content with industry needs.

* Organize workshops, mock interviews, and HR simulation activities.

* Maintain training documentation and student progress records.

Qualifications & Skills :

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

* 2+ years of experience in HR training, teaching, or corporate HR role.

* Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

* Passion for teaching and mentoring future HR professionals.

Preferred Qualities:

* Certification in Training & Development or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, TTT).

* Experience in academic institutions or HR training institutes.

* Ability to engage students through practical and interactive learning methods.
