Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Summary

The HR Trainee will assist in the complete employee addition process, from new hire documentation to smooth onboarding and HR database updates. The role ensures a positive joining experience and accurate personnel records.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify new joiner joining kits & related documents (ID proofs, educational certificates, prior employment records, etc.).
• Create and update employee profiles in HRMS/ERP systems.
• Set up employee codes and access credentials in coordination with team .
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, and other applicable benefits.
• Assist with HR audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files.
• Address employee queries during the joining phase and provide necessary guidance.

Skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office .

Experience

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of HR/Onboarding internship experience preferred.
