HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. - Supporting the onboarding process of new employees. - Helping in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications. - Assisting the HR team in employee engagement activities and events. - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and company procedures. - Performing other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education in BBA (HR) or MBA (HR). - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred criteria include candidates from the Ernakulam location, female candidates, and having a two-wheeler as an added advantage.
