Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Trainee, located in Kerala, India. The HR Trainee will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, and maintaining employee records. The role includes supporting HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The HR Trainee will work closely with the HR team to foster a positive work environment and contribute to various HR projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR or related field is a plus
