Job Description

Assist in recruitment & selection by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and updating trackers. Support in employee onboarding documentation, induction planning, and ID creation. Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRMS systems. Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.) Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication. Provide administrative support to the performance appraisal process. Assist in attendance and leave management coordination with internal teams. Support exit formalities – collecting assets, conducting exit interviews, and full & final documentation. Collaborate with the payroll/HR operations team for timely data updates.
