Role & responsibilities Marketing Material Procurement : Source and procure marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, stationery, outdoor and print media, communication tools, automation tools, signages, and billboards. Vendor Management : Develop and maintain a robust vendor database, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Inventory Classification : Compile a comprehensive list of marketing materials to be procured, categorizing them into A, B, and C class inventory items. Procurement Planning : Develop and implement procurement plans to optimize costs and achieve savings in marketing expenditures. Quality Assurance : Implement strict quality monitoring processes to ensure marketing materials meet specified standards. Process Management : Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for marketing materials, including requisition, purchase order creation, receiving, transferring, stocking, and inventory reconciliation. Market Benchmarking : Conduct competitive benchmarking to compare costs, quality, and efficiency, leveraging insights for continuous improvement in marketing procurement. Trend Analysis and Innovation : Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities for improvisation, improvement, and innovation in marketing procurement practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and Business IT teams to align procurement activities with business goals and ensure compliance. Automation Development : Collaborate with Business IT to develop automation solutions for vendor selection, purchase order processing, material handling, and payment clearance in marketing procurement.
