Job Description

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, providing support in various HR activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases - Helping with the onboarding process for new employees - Supporting training and development initiatives within the organization - Assisting in the organization of HR events and employee engagement programs - Performing other administrative duties as required To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Have a basic understanding of HR functions - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
