We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify potential candidates.
    • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
    • Evaluate candidates’ IT expertise, including their technical skills, certifications, and familiarity with relevant technologies, to ensure alignment with role requirements.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and feedback loops throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics reports.
    • Track recruitment activities and analyze data to inform future hiring strategies.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment from the IT Service/Product Industry
    • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
