Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent for the organization, executing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates. The specialist will collaborate with teams to meet staffing needs efficiently and contribute to creating a high-performing workforce.

• Proficiency in Hiring and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Skills in conducting structured Interviewing and candidate assessments
• Experience in Recruiting for diverse roles and industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
