HR Systems & Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Architect advanced Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
• Automate data workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance self-service.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions
• Proactively identify data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls
• Lead compliance reporting; ensure data security across HR systems. Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve complex reporting challenges
• Actively manage and efficiently resolve support tickets submitted through the HR support ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of HR-related inquiries and issues
• Ensure timely and effective solutions for employees and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with various HR teams and potentially other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive user experience.
• Manage and optimize content within the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the integration of AI tools to enhance reporting and training capabilities

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 6+ years in HR analytics
• A minimum of 1 year of business analysis or project management experience. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Workday, Workday Recruit, and Workday Report Builder with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex data patterns
• Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic insights for non-technical audiences
• High proficiency in English is required
• Experience with API integrations related to HR data is a plus
• Experience with Docebo LMS is preferred
• AI experience, specifically in applying AI to enhance reporting and data analysis, is preferred
