This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 2-5 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: mumbaiJobType: full-timeAs an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for administering HR platforms, troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity across HR operations. You will work closely with HR business partners, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain system efficiency, implement improvements, and support business needs. Your expertise will help streamline HR processes, improve compliance, and enable better decision-making through accurate HR data and insights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HRIS or HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations and management decision-making
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for timely resolution
  • Support HR process improvements, including automation, workflow optimization, and policy compliance
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and other data security standards, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in system usage, reporting, and best practices
  • Assist in HR projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and integrations with other business tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals and operational needs
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
