Job Description

End-to-End Statutory Filings: Independently manage and ensure the timely and accurate calculation, remittance, and filing of all required monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns, including:
Employees Provident Fund (EPF): ECR filing, UAN management, and annual return submissions.
Employees’ State Insurance (ESI): Monthly compliance, return filing, and contribution management.
Professional Tax (PT) & Labour Welfare Fund (LWF): Timely payment and return filing across all applicable states.
TDS on Salary: Coordination with Finance for accurate calculation, deduction, and deposit of Tax Deducted at Source.
Labour Law Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Payment of Gratuity Act during payroll processing and final settlements.
Establishment Acts: Manage all compliances related to the Shops & Establishment Acts (or equivalent state Acts) for all office locations, including registration renewal and notice display.
Contract Labour (CLRA): If applicable, oversee compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, including registration/renewal of licenses for the company and its contractors.
