🌟 Role: HR Specialist – Tech & Non-Tech Hiring 📍 Location: UGB 34, Paragon Plaza, Phoenix Mall, Kurla West, Mumbai] | Hybrid / On-site 💼 Experience: 3–5 years in talent acquisition (both tech & non-tech roles) What You’ll Do ✅ Own end-to-end recruitment for both technical (developers, AI engineers, designers) and non-technical (sales, marketing, client servicing) roles ✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft the right hiring strategy ✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting ✅ Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, offer negotiation, and onboarding ✅ Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines ✅ Represent MarketMen as a great place to work and help build a strong employer brand What We’re Looking For ✔ 3–5 years of proven experience in tech + non-tech recruitment ✔ Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and talent mapping ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple open roles across departments ✔ Experience with ATS or recruitment tools (preferred) ✔ A proactive, energetic attitude — you love solving hiring challenges! 💰 Salary Range ₹40,000–50,000 per month (₹4.8–6 LPA), based on experience and fit. 📩 How to Apply Send your resume to hr@marketmen.in with the subject line: Application for HR Specialist – LinkedIn Join us to help shape the future of MarketMen — where marketing meets technology and talent drives innovation !
