Responsibilities-

1. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

2. Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documents.

3. Support payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

4. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

5. Organize employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

6. Address employee queries, grievances, and relations matters.

7. Provide HR reports and insights to the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.

- Ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

- Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, screening & onboarding.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 

- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a keen interest in HR processes.
