Job Description

Introduction:
You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will perform transactions or a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws. An expert in HR operational functions to support company-wide activities and to ensure we are compliant with labor law and company policies.

Your Job:
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Exit)
  • Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
  • Ascertain timely resolution of Subcon queries
  • Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow application
  • Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
  • As this role will include interacting with Global stakeholders.
  • Good English Communication skills (Written and Verbal) is a must
  • Good in excel and other documentation process
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate Degree or in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Any Postgraduate degree or in MBA.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in HR administration
  • Preferably AMS region HRSS (hire to retire) experience.
  • Preferably with prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • This position will be in US hours, 5.30pm IST through 2.30am IST.

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requests and duties
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective research, problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Strong computer/technical skills; previous HRIS experience preferred
  • Ability to remain positive under pressure
  • Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace
