Job Description

As an Associate in the Human Resources department at Infor, you will be responsible for providing HR support services to employees, managing employee records, and ensuring accurate data entry into HRIS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing HR support services to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Managing employee records and ensuring accurate data entry into HRIS (Human Resources Information System). - Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. - Coordinating HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and certificates. - Preparing and submitting reports required by regulatory agencies. - Identifying opportunities for automation and digital solutions to streamline HR processes. - Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with employee information. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR shared services. - Knowledge of relevant labor laws and tax regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
