Job Description

As an HR Services Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality HR services to the organization. Your main focus will be on supporting the transition and ongoing management of the HRIS framework, data management, project management, reporting, and other related HR services during the establishment of HR services for the Advanced Materials spin-off. Your expertise in these areas will ensure accurate processing of employee data and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Your role will have a significant impact on the organization as you will provide valuable insights through HR data management and reporting to facilitate data governance, system requirements, data transfer with 3rd parties, and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the setup of HR services processes and transition activities for Advanced Materials spin-off - Oversee Oracle HCM data and processes, including data entry, maintenance, and integrity checks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency - Manage HR Services projects, oversee HR operations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes - Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR service delivery - Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications: - 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations and service delivery - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices - Proficiency in managing HR systems and data, including HRIS software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Customer-focused mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong analytical skills for HR data analysis and trend identification - Experience in process improvement and operational excellence - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
