Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Service Delivery Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing and improving employee data processes to manage employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes. Your role will involve improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be quality-driven in communications and all system transactions, with a focus on customer service excellence. Your responsibilities will also include regulatory compliance, database management, and recommending cost-effective procedural alternatives. Additionally, you will be required to develop people through mentoring, resolve conflicts, and drive a coaching culture within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Improve workforce performance and productivity - Design employee data processes for managing employment data using standard technologies - Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary - Possess good written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in MS Office and database management - Ensure regulatory and non-regulatory reporting compliance - Drive coaching culture and resolve conflicts within the team - Provide input for monthly top-level service analysis for clients - Develop and drive comprehensive training plans for direct reports - Monitor and encourage team development plans - Ensure high compliance to documented processes and organizational policies - Analyze root causes of issues and errors for process improvement - Manage daily staffing and employee grievances - Collaborate with internal and third-party stakeholders to achieve business goals - Adhere to organizational policies and procedures - Maintain high data accuracy and detail-oriented focus Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience - Strong English language communication skills - Good organizational and prioritization skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Multi-cultural awareness - Passion for customer service - Team player - Results and detail-oriented mindset Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.,
