Job Description

The HR Service Delivery Specialist will manage and execute HR operational processes, ensuring high-quality employee experiences and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits)
Manage HR systems and maintain data accuracy
Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compliance processes
Provide HR support and query resolution to employees

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and service delivery best practices
