Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer who will oversee recruiting, supporting, and developing talent by developing policies and managing procedures. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks to contribute to creating a positive work environment within the company. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional assistance and support to both employees and managers. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree with Human Resource as a major subject, proficient in English communication (both spoken and written), and possess expertise in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills are required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to source resumes globally, handle international hiring, possess PC literacy (especially in MS Office), hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS, familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, basic knowledge of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy - Facilitate management-employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and retention - Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and tasks - Monitor and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures organization-wide - Foster a positive work environment - Oversee a performance appraisal system to drive high performance - Identify training needs, implement, and monitor training programs - Provide decision support to management through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices - Relevant work experience in the Hospital/Laboratory domain - Offer clerical and administrative support to HR executives - Maintain and update employee records, prepare reports on personnel activities - Coordinate HR projects, meetings, training, surveys, and take minutes during discussions - Address employee queries on HR matters, rules, and regulations - Liaise with public services when necessary - Manage complaints and grievance procedures effectively - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews - Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees - Support recruiters in candidate sourcing and database updates Role: HR Manager Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Functional Area: HR, Recruitment, Administration Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation Key Skills: HR Recruitment,
