About the Role

HR Recruitment Specialist / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles.
• Expertise in

  headhunting

  and proactively identifying top talent across industries.
• Source candidates using platforms like

  Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals

  .
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to define job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate engagement, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HR and recruitment policies.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in

  headhunting

  and niche talent sourcing.
• Proficiency in

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
