HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive

A dynamic and motivated Human Resources Generalist with a specialized focus on IT Talent Acquisition is being sought to join our thriving organization. This multifaceted role will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier technology professionals while also managing a broad range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Talent Acquisition:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions, including but not limited to software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity analysts, data scientists, and project managers.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, perform initial phone and video interviews, and coordinate technical assessments and subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Offer Management & Onboarding: Extend and negotiate employment offers, and ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new IT hires.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in IT talent acquisition and compensation to ensure the company remains competitive.

HR Generalist Duties:

• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues.
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and engaging work culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
