Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Chennai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role will involve day-to-day HR management tasks to support the company's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including naukri, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Conduct structured interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage applicants on the career portal and maintain detailed recruitment reports and dashboards.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Mentor the interns and support process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Skills:

Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi and English is mandatory as recruitment will be done for pan India.
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures in recruitment
Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
