The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent in alignment with company goals and culture. . This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (voice, non-voice, technical, or corporate).

• Manage candidate communication and maintain the recruitment tracker.

• Ensure timely closures of open positions.

• Maintain candidate database and assist with onboarding activities.

- Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

- Shifts: General Shift (5 days work /2 days off)

- Salary- Upto 2LPA
