HR Recruiter

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and regional languages, and be proficient in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates based on the hiring requirements of various departments. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and other networking channels. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidates' communication skills, interest level, and availability. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and update job descriptions as needed. Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with all candidate information and status. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience. Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus drives when required. Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication. Maintain recruitment MIS and reports. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.). Proficient in MS Office and experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with ATS tools and HR databases. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
