Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical positions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and support onboarding processes.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
