Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO roles and support functions
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interviews with the operations team
• Maintaining a candidate database and follow-up for feedback
• Assisting in onboarding and induction processes
• Working closely with operations to understand hiring needs
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi
• Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in an inclusive work environment
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
