Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while helping build a strong employer brand for Tsaaro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) for various roles across departments.
• Source potential candidates using various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Support HR activities such as job postings, offer roll-outs, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consulting/tech/startup environment).
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in campus recruitment or bulk hiring.
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
• Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
