HR Recruiter Trainee

As a HR Recruiter Trainee at our company, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms, shortlisting and screening profiles, coordinating interview scheduling, and maintaining a candidate database. Additionally, you will support hiring initiatives and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process - Source candidates through job portals and social platforms - Shortlist and screen profiles based on job requirements - Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback - Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline - Support hiring initiatives and HR operations Qualifications Required: - Masters Degree in MBA HRM (Mandatory) - 06 months of experience in recruitment / HR internship - Strong English communication skills - Basic understanding of sourcing tools and job portals - Ability to handle high-volume hiring (training provided) You will be based at the Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala, and must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off. Work location will be in person.
