Job Summary:

· We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our HR team as a Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with exceptional multilingual communication skills to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

· In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the initial stages of the hiring process to help us attract the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

· Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for open positions.

· Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

· Any Graduate (BA, Bcom BBA, B.Sc, etc.) or Post-Graduate degree.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Mandatory Requirement:

· Must be fluent in speaking Malayalam.

· The ability to converse comfortably with candidates in Malayalam is a non-negotiable skill for this role.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, confident phone demeanor.

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel).

Preferred Skills:

· A keen interest in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Quick learner with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
